Your Data Portal will offer you the best of both worlds regardless of where you are connecting from. It provides you access to live data in two alternate methods.

The first method of accessing your data is through our data panel. The data panel offers you a screen display of the three most significant aspects of your data: inventory, orders, and invoices. This data can be manipulated and displayed based on a variety of characteristics that you select by way of clicking radio buttons. The resulting display can then be viewed for quick informative disclosure, sent to a printer local to your environment, or exported to a familiar document such as excel or a PDF file.

The second method of accessing your data is through canned reports. These canned reports are pre-formatted in a manner predominantly accepted (but can be altered on request). Most are straightforward but some offer input variables. For example, you may want to have a report of open orders. However, you may want this report to only contain data for the current month. These variables are offered to you along with the option to ignore them, thus generating a report for all data. These reports, too, can be in the output form of either a PDF or an excel file. Current canned reports include, but are not limited to, Inventory Summary, Open Orders, Salesman Commission, Cut and Sold, Received and Shipped Merchandise, and Invoice Registers.
